Vice President – Strategic Client Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact.

• Actively assess client requirements and align the company’s services to address their changing needs.

• Promote effective communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams.

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of detailed strategic account plans for major clients.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders to outline account strategies.

• Discover new business prospects within strategic accounts.

• Supervise the sales team assigned to strategic clients, ensuring alignment with client goals.

• Guide the delivery team to guarantee services are provided at the highest quality standards.

• Propel revenue growth within the strategic client portfolio.

• Collect and assess client feedback to enhance service delivery and operational processes.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the sales and delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic account planning and managing both sales and delivery teams within the IT services or consulting sector.

• Over 10 years of experience in client management, business development, or leadership in service delivery.

• Strong comprehension of IT services and emerging technology trends.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to stimulate growth and operational efficiency through strategic account planning and client engagement.
