• Manage executive relationships across key strategic accounts.
• Drive revenue expansion, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Mentor and develop a team of Strategic Accounts Managers.
• Create and implement customer advocacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Act as the executive sponsor for important partnerships.
• Assist in establishing processes and metrics to scale the team.
• Over 15 years of experience in procurement leadership or consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise procurement.
• Proven track record of account growth.
• Experience in leading customer-facing teams.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Skilled in managing complex relationships.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth startup environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
