This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and scale a premier revenue engine targeting SMB and Mid-Market sectors.
• Develop revenue strategies to meet new business and growth objectives.
• Lead a rapidly growing team of 15–25 members, including Managers and Account Executives.
• Create and implement effective, high-speed sales playbooks.
• Ensure forecasting accuracy and maintain pipeline health through CRM data and operational routines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Design territory structures and coverage models.
• Cultivate and mentor frontline sales managers.
• Collaborate with Product teams to inform the roadmap for SMB and Mid-Market applications.
• Set KPIs and accountability structures aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Work closely with Customer Success on account transitions and expansion indicators.
• Promote the adoption of sales technology and RevOps frameworks.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture focused on professional development and mission-oriented outcomes.
• Leverage AI in everyday activities and identify opportunities for AI to enhance operations.
• Extensive experience in leading B2B SaaS sales organizations with a focus on high-velocity approaches for smaller clients.
• 10–15+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 5–8+ years of experience in managerial roles.
• Proven success in managing and developing people leaders in a growth-oriented environment.
• In-depth knowledge of funnel optimization and conversion analytics in the SMB or Mid-Market space.
• Demonstrated capability to build and implement repeatable sales processes that drive predictable Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth.
• Strong operational perspective with the ability to convert complex data into actionable sales strategies.
• Experience managing teams of 20+ individuals in a remote or hybrid global setting.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and sales enablement technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders around revenue objectives.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining long-term scalability.
• Background in nonprofit technology or fintech is a notable advantage.
• Experience in territory planning and compensation structuring for high-volume sales teams.
• Dedication to building diverse teams and promoting an inclusive workplace.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Regular use of AI in daily tasks and an understanding of its value-add potential.
