This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Drive strategic sales growth by enhancing market presence within hospitals and health systems while strengthening relationships to maximize long-term value.
β’ Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential opportunities, optimizing referral pathways and payor mix within assigned territories.
β’ Achieve quarterly and annual growth objectives through targeted sales planning, effective pipeline management, and disciplined execution.
β’ Uphold robust account management practices, which include consistent follow-ups, documented call cycles, and thorough CRM updates.
β’ Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication and an exceptional client experience.
β’ Provide insights regarding market developments, competitor activities, and customer needs, influencing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
β’ Represent the organization at conferences, training sessions, and industry events, acting as an informed advocate for our specialty pharmacy solutions.
β’ Plan and manage territory budgets with responsibility while ensuring timely reporting.
β’ A minimum of 4+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
β’ Proven success in building and managing complex healthcare accounts.
β’ Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and health system dynamics.
β’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic relationship-building abilities.
β’ Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Willingness to travel 50% or more nationally.
