This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Set sales goals to achieve company objectives.
• Create and implement sales strategies for the PCB industry targeting OEMs, EMS providers, and other significant sectors.
• Establish and oversee annual sales goals that align with the company's growth strategies.
• Ensure the sales organization's overall productivity and efficiency.
• Formulate account strategies to foster long-term partnerships and enhance revenue growth.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to address customer needs and delivery capabilities.
• Encourage customer satisfaction and cultivate lasting partnerships.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing strategies, and program rollouts with international clients.
• Keep track of client roadmaps, technologies, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Provide executive leadership with updates on sales performance and market conditions.
• Lead, mentor, set KPIs, and develop a sales team at regional and global levels.
• Report directly to the Business Unit President.
• Oversee a sales team in North America.
• Over 15 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the PCB, electronics manufacturing, or EMS sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position managing sales teams across various regions.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-value, complex accounts with global reach and revenue exceeding $250 million.
• Experience engaging with Tier 1 OEMs, contract manufacturers, and high-tech clients in sectors such as networking, data centers, and semiconductors.
• Comprehensive understanding of the PCB value chain from design to prototyping and mass production.
• Knowledge of customer-specific audit requirements and quality assurance standards.
• Familiarity with AI accelerators, GPUs, servers, networking devices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong financial understanding, including pricing, margins, and profitability analysis.
• Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Working knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards, including IPC-6012, IPC-A-600, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and Gerber files is advantageous.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools.
• Understanding of ERP systems and supply chain software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of global supply chain models and PCB manufacturing processes, including HDI, flex, rigid-flex, and multilayer PCBs.
• Established connections with hyperscalers and large technology firms.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Must adhere to TTM export control policies and relevant ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
• Ability to identify ITAR products and comprehend access restrictions for U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents.
