This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for achieving the SBU's annual and quarterly bookings goals across all product lines and programs.
• Drive the demand pipeline from lead generation to award, ensuring sufficient qualified coverage in line with the plan.
• Lead significant captures and competitive pursuits, engaging executives on strategic and essential programs.
• Shape pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies in collaboration with BD, program, and finance stakeholders.
• Develop and commit to the SBU's annual bookings strategy, which includes market sizing, program phasing, and account-specific targets.
• Execute the AOP by conducting monthly operating reviews and translating strategy into quarterly and monthly booking commitments.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasts while proactively addressing gaps to the plan with defined recovery actions.
• Collaborate on the annual and long-term planning process alongside finance and operations.
• Define the SBU go-to-market strategy for Space and A&D customers, major primes, and government end-users.
• Cultivate and enhance executive relationships with key customers, primes, and strategic partners.
• Incorporate competitive positioning and customer feedback into product and portfolio roadmaps.
• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales, capture, and business development team.
• Align with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure bookings are executable and profitable.
• Foster forecasting discipline, CRM hygiene, and data-driven pipeline management.
• Represent and report on bookings performance, pipeline health, and market outlook to executive leadership.
• Over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, or capture leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience leading sales teams.
• Experience in the Space, Aerospace & Defense, or related regulated hardware markets.
• Proven track record of ownership over a bookings/orders figure at scale with consistent plan achievement.
• Experience in building and executing an Annual Operating Plan while managing an accurate forecast in a long-cycle, program-based environment.
• In-depth understanding of the Space/A&D customer and acquisition landscape, including primes, government programs, and procurement cycles.
• Proven skills in executive-level relationship management, negotiation, and capture leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Integrated Solutions portfolio capabilities and applications in defense and space systems is preferred.
• An MBA or advanced technical degree; experience with U.S. Government contracting and ITAR/export-controlled environments is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance is preferred.
• May need to acquire a U.S. Government export license as mandated by law.
