Vice President, Sales – BioTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage Hippocratic AI's commercial partnerships with the largest biotech companies globally.

• Oversee strategic enterprise sales processes from initial prospecting to final closure with leading commercial-stage biotech firms.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Clinical, and Go-To-Market teams to implement and scale AI-enhanced patient engagement solutions within the biotech sector.

• Facilitate comprehensive enterprise transactions with commercial-stage biotechs.

• Develop ROI models and consultative business cases for biotech purchasers using a structured and analytical methodology.

• Uphold pipeline integrity through precise forecasting and effective CRM management.

• Represent Hippocratic AI at biotech conferences, investor presentations, and industry gatherings to foster executive connections and enhance the pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, while an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of enterprise sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in sales to commercial-stage biotech or specialty pharmaceutical companies.

• Proven history of closing significant enterprise deals ($500K–$2M+) with biotech or specialty pharma organizations.

• Experience in selling consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions that necessitate creativity, alignment among stakeholders, and customized structuring.

• A VP-level enterprise seller with a history of carrying a quota of approximately $3M ARR annually.

• Excellent communication skills — capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
