• Formulate and implement the sales strategy to meet revenue and growth objectives.

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Recognize customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to refine product and service offerings.
• Manage all facets of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Establish and streamline sales processes to ensure efficiency, precision, and scalability.
• Implement and oversee sales technology tools and CRM systems to enhance productivity.
• Regularly evaluate sales performance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Employ data-driven decision-making to consistently enhance sales strategies and tactics.
• Effectively manage the sales budget, allocating resources to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with finance to guarantee accurate forecasting and reporting of sales revenue.
• Ensure that the sales team adheres to industry regulations and VuMedi's ethical standards.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• A proven history of successfully leading and scaling high-performing sales teams within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Extensive understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and customer requirements.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with sales technology tools and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
