• Formulate and implement regional and national go-to-market strategies for Progyny Select.
• Precisely forecast revenue, pipeline, and performance within the territory.
• Deliver capability presentations to external stakeholders.
• Represent Progyny Select at industry conferences, consultant meetings, and executive briefings.
• Create proposals and ensure timely responses to external stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts with large employers, regional health plans, and strategic partners.
• Achieve ambitious growth targets and incremental revenue objectives.
• Travel as necessary to participate in onsite events and conferences.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product, marketing, finance, legal/compliance, and operations.
• Over 7 years of experience selling benefits to mid to large-sized groups in either a fully insured or self-insured market.
• Proven experience in building new relationships with brokers and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• A bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong passion and drive to sell innovative fertility solutions and foster new business opportunities.
• Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying Progyny messaging both in-person and via remote sales.
• Competence in building rapport at all organizational levels.
