This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of prospect identification, segmentation, prioritization, and outreach for designated accounts.
• Establish trusted relationships and open doors to decision-makers, sponsors, and influencers across banks, regulated financial institutions, program managers, fintechs, processors, networks, consultants, and other participants in the ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline with named prospects, buyers or sponsors, documented use cases, estimated annual contract value, and scheduled milestones.
• Manage the entire deal journey from discovery and qualification to solution framing, pitching, pricing inputs, business cases, stakeholder mapping, procurement, contracting, and closure.
• Lead pre-sales engagements with sales engineering, which includes demos, proofs of concept, tabletop exercises, solution workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Assist with contracting, client onboarding, and early account activation to ensure a smooth transition to delivery and long-term account management.
• Engage in events and industry forums to generate leads and enhance visibility for Zeta’s offerings.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, conduct pipeline reviews, create opportunity plans, update stakeholder maps, track next steps, and provide forecast updates.
• Offer insights on market trends, buyer feedback, competitor analysis, pricing signals, and product suggestions.
• Build a qualified pipeline and affirm Zeta’s competitive position in the segment.
• Play a significant role in achieving at least two USD 7-figure annual recurring revenue (ARR) client wins.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 5 years in a partner or sales leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in building a multi-million-dollar portfolio from scratch in the US financial services sector.
• Extensive experience in selling to banks, regulated financial institutions, and fintech companies.
• Background in a banking technology firm or IT services provider.
• Strong network and significant connections with decision-makers at US sponsor banks and fintechs.
• Proven ability to engage senior-level contacts and turn market access into a qualified pipeline, active pursuits, and secured revenue.
