Vice President – Regional Branch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary support for financial advisors within LPL's Linsco employee channel.

• Manage regional profitability as the area expands to encompass several branches.

• Collaborate with advisors to devise and execute business growth strategies.

• Ensure high levels of advisor retention and satisfaction.

• Assist in advisor recruitment by communicating the mission and vision of the Employee Channel.

• Facilitate the transition of new teams to LPL.

• Establish and nurture robust advisor relationships while maintaining model profitability.

• Report directly to the Divisional Director.

• Create strategic roadmaps, milestones, operational metrics, and sustainable processes.

• Build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams at scale.

• Work collaboratively both internally and externally to prioritize and support the channel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of branch experience in roles such as branch manager, branch operations/service, or branch administration.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Possession of Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.

• More than 10 years of experience in the financial services sector.

• Willingness to travel to branch offices as necessary.

• In-depth understanding of the W2 advisor model.

• Excellent collaboration and client experience skills.

• Experience in both branch and home office settings is highly preferred.

• Previous experience as a branch manager overseeing multiple offices is preferred.

• Strong background in wealth management along with a proven track record in recruiting and integrating advisors is preferred.

• Ability to motivate employees, build effective teams, and drive results.

• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, operational execution, talent management, advocacy, influencing, and change leadership.

• Demonstrated gravitas and executive presence.

• Awareness of industry dynamics and best practices.
