Vice President, Regional Branch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with advisors to develop and execute strategies for business expansion.

• Ensure high levels of advisor retention and satisfaction.

• Aid in the recruitment of advisors by promoting the mission and vision of the Employee Channel.

• Facilitate the transition of new teams to LPL.

• Establish and sustain robust advisor relationships while balancing profitability within the model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of branch experience in roles such as branch manager, branch operations/service, or branch administration.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Possession of Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.

• More than 10 years of experience in financial services.

• Availability to travel to branch offices as necessary.
