This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Provide strategic direction for all initiatives related to provider recruitment that align with long-term growth goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters.
• Create and implement a thorough strategy for the dermatology residency program.
• Establish partnerships with dermatology residency programs and enhance early-career talent pipelines.
• Build and improve the provider recruitment brand and its value proposition.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, operations leaders, and practice partners on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Set and monitor recruiting performance metrics, utilizing data and market insights to enhance effectiveness.
• Oversee sourcing strategies and the development of talent pipelines across all markets.
• Represent Integrated Dermatology at industry events, conferences, and residency programs.
• Ensure a high-touch, relationship-oriented experience for candidates.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, technology upgrades, and scalable recruiting solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in physician recruiting.
• Experience in a specialty healthcare MSO or multi-site practice is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Demonstrated success in formulating recruitment strategies and cultivating early-career pipelines, including engagement with residency programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence physicians, senior leaders, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in engaging with physician audiences and residency programs.
• High emotional intelligence with strong relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with using data, metrics, and technology to influence recruiting results.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% as necessary.
• Option for remote work.
