This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop market narratives and establish category leadership for Ping’s next phase of growth at the enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Product, and Sales teams to identify high-impact opportunities and convert strategy into revenue results.
• Oversee market and competitive intelligence, foresee industry changes, and discover opportunities across products, segments, and market channels.
• Define buyer personas, customer journeys, category narratives, company positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to establish vision and market direction.
• Create launch strategies, solution handbooks, sales knowledge transfer plans, and integrated launch frameworks.
• Manage go-to-market strategy and planning for significant product and solution launches.
• Ensure sales readiness, enablement, and knowledge transfer across teams.
• Establish launch dashboards and conduct post-launch analytics to evaluate success.
• Facilitate partner go-to-market alignment and solution marketing to foster ecosystem growth.
• Cultivate and enhance the Product and Solution Marketing team.
• Work alongside Sales leadership to enhance deal velocity, win rates, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct win/loss analysis and product growth diagnostics.
• Optimize solution packaging and positioning based on pipeline and performance indicators.
• Formulate lifecycle and sunset communication strategies.
• Develop a partner marketing strategy and roadmap that aligns with Ping’s overall go-to-market strategy.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or Category Marketing.
• Strong preference for backgrounds in Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Technology.
• Experience operating at a scale of $1B+ is preferred.
• Proven capability to define or redefine a category narrative.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with the CEO and board-level stakeholders to align competing priorities.
• Ability to foresee industry trends and translate macro trends, such as AI and regulation, into strategic positioning.
• Capacity to connect messaging to pipeline outcomes and comprehend the complexities of enterprise sales.
• Analytical rigor in prioritizing go-to-market efforts.
• Experience in developing high-performing product marketing talent and implementing repeatable lifecycle frameworks.
