VP Development Admin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee membership tracking in collaboration with the Finance and Accreditation departments.

• Assist in facilitating the affiliation process for new applicant countries.

• Foster relationships between the leadership team of affiliated countries and the Development Vice President.

• Aid in identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and membership within the EMCC community.

• Proven experience in programme/project coordination within a global context.

• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities (ability to engage with senior leaders and volunteers).

• Skill in connecting various initiatives and providing a structured approach.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at navigating ambiguity.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
