Vice President, Policy and Performance

📋 Description

• Drive Acelero’s policy and performance strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across various markets.

• Manage the organizational data governance and reporting framework, collaborating with technology and cross-functional teams to enhance tools and systems.

• Lead the Training & Technical Assistance (TTA) and coaching framework to ensure quality implementation and promote continuous improvement.

• Establish and track essential performance and compliance metrics, developing tools that enhance visibility and decision-making.

• Conduct a minimum of three site visits annually to evaluate implementation and facilitate ongoing performance enhancements.

• Oversee and nurture a high-performing team, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, data science, social sciences, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in policy development and technology-driven reporting within Head Start.

• At least 5 years of demonstrated achievement in policy development and technology-driven reporting.

• Over 3 years of experience managing operations for a multi-site organization, with a strong preference for early learning.

• At least 2 years of verified supervisory or people leadership experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for site visits and meetings.
