This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the overall strategy for Pathfinder adoption, including setting goals and success metrics across all business units.
• Define adoption KPIs, utilization benchmarks, and establish reporting schedules.
• Drive collaboration across functions including Sales, Product, Marketing, Training, and Trusted Advisor leadership.
• Act as the primary representative of Sales and Trusted Advisors to Product and Development teams.
• Co-facilitate the Pathfinder Syndicate advisory board.
• Lead the internal sales training initiatives, the onboarding process for new hires, and the annual certification program.
• Regularly participate in RVP meetings.
• Manage budget responsibilities related to Pathfinder adoption, training, incentives, travel, and engagement activities.
• Influence prioritization and resource allocation for Pathfinder adoption efforts.
• Ensure the implementation of scalable processes, documentation, and enablement resources.
• Serve as the chief Pathfinder advocate both internally and externally.
• Represent Pathfinder at significant meetings, conferences, and partner events.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to refine Pathfinder messaging, positioning, and storytelling.
• Create and uphold the Trusted Advisor Pathfinder Playbook and certification program.
• Lead initiatives for Trusted Advisor adoption, including feature positioning, training, pitch contests, and Pathfinder demonstrations.
• Incorporate Pathfinder into the onboarding and enablement processes for Trusted Advisors.
• Manage the external budget for the Trusted Advisor Pathfinder adoption incentive program.
• Demonstrated executive leadership experience in promoting the adoption of platforms, tools, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong ability to think strategically while executing tasks hands-on.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills at the executive level.
• Capability to build credibility with Sales leadership, Trusted Advisors, Product teams, and external partners.
• Experience in designing and implementing training, certification, and enablement programs at a large scale.
• Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in managing metrics, reporting, and performance outcomes.
• High-energy leadership style with a strong presence on stage and in public speaking scenarios.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Adoption, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and partner ecosystems.
• Preferred experience in supporting channel, partner, or advisor-led sales models.
• Background in SaaS, platforms, or complex sales technology environments is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for internal leadership meetings, training sessions, and external events.
