This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Spearhead the operational vision, roadmap, and priorities for AMER, ensuring alignment with global operations and regional business objectives.
• Convert organizational strategy into actionable operational plans, frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Provide guidance to regional leadership regarding operational readiness, scaling requirements, and capability enhancement.
• Design and execute standardized processes across creative, marketing, media, and technology workflows.
• Develop governance models that promote best practices in operations, compliance, and consistency across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new methods, tools, or automation solutions.
• Create models that effectively balance workload between the US and LATAM while optimizing specialized and nearshore resources.
• Track team performance, delivery patterns, and trends in operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with client leadership to identify account needs, delivery requirements, and operational deficiencies.
• Enhance end-to-end delivery workflows in partnership with leaders from Creative, Media, Technology, and Production.
• Work alongside Finance and HR to manage staffing, utilization, profitability, talent planning, and training initiatives.
• Expand operational practices throughout US and LATAM locations.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Assist with office management, risk mitigation, business continuity, and compliance processes across the region.
• Over 12 years of experience in operations within creative, digital, marketing, or technology-driven agencies.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing processes and platforms across diverse creative, media, technology, and production teams.
• Proven experience leading operations in multi-market settings, preferably across North and Latin America.
• Strong familiarity with project management systems, AI-driven workflows, and operational platforms.
• Proven capability to lead change, foster adoption, and increase efficiency on a large scale.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
• Submission of Form I-9 information is required for E-Verify confirmation of work authorization in the U.S.
