Vice President, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee collection operations and implement strategies that enhance recovery performance, productivity, quality, and profitability.

• Set KPIs, track operational outcomes, and introduce process enhancements that boost efficiency and scalability.

• Ensure adherence to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, CFPB regulations, and state licensing requirements.

• Collaborate with Compliance, HR, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership on governance, audits, forecasting, and growth initiatives.

• Attract, develop, and maintain high-performing leaders while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

• Leverage operational metrics and business intelligence to facilitate data-driven decisions and meet business objectives.

• Shape organizational strategy, build high-performing teams, support growth initiatives, and influence culture, compliance, and client success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in medical debt collections, healthcare revenue cycle management, or accounts receivable operations.

• More than 5 years of senior leadership experience overseeing multiple departments and leaders.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare collections, regulatory compliance, operational performance management, and financial planning.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance collection outcomes, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

• Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.

• MBA, MHA, or a related graduate degree is preferred.

• ACA certification or other relevant industry credentials are preferred.

• Familiarity with collection platforms, predictive dialers, workforce management systems, and BI tools is preferred.

• Experience in multi-site leadership within healthcare revenue cycle or patient financial services is preferred.
