📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential health payor clients.

• Present and advocate for overpayment recovery solutions to decision-makers.

• Oversee the complete sales process, which includes prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.

• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships to guarantee long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

• Keep precise records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.

• Participate in conferences and networking events to enhance industry visibility.

• Track competitors, market conditions, and product advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), healthcare sales in the Health Payor industry, insurance, or revenue cycle management.

• Strong knowledge of health payor operations and compliance standards.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Self-driven with a history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.

• Capacity to learn rapidly and convey complex solutions clearly.

• A robust network of industry contacts is highly preferred.

• High energy, a positive outlook, and excellent customer service skills.

• Must be willing to travel 30% of the time.
