This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and structure operational processes and workflows among Ads, Partnerships, and CRM;
• Create and oversee dashboards, reports, and performance metrics;
• Evaluate acquisition, retention, and monetization data;
• Develop analyses for LTV, payback, ROI, and channel-level performance;
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of acquisition and retention funnels;
• Identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and areas for operational enhancement;
• Ensure management has visibility into results;
• Convert strategies defined by leadership into actionable and measurable processes;
• Aid in prioritizing initiatives based on data insights;
• Establish controls, monitoring routines, and analysis frequencies;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ads, CRM, Social Media, Design, and Partnerships teams;
• Support the evaluation of campaigns, partners, affiliates, and acquisition channels;
• Contribute to fostering a performance- and results-driven culture.
• Practical experience in building and organizing dashboards or management reports from the ground up (using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or advanced Excel/Sheets)
• Prior experience directly engaging with integrated CRM (retention) and Paid Traffic/Media (acquisition) strategies
• Previous involvement in the Technology or iGaming sectors (online betting, casinos, or industry affiliates)
• Excellent organizational and structuring capabilities
• Skill in translating information into actionable processes
• Strong communication abilities
• Capability to connect teams and align their objectives
• Solid business acumen
• Aptitude for identifying opportunities through data analysis
• Autonomous mindset and ownership attitude
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for growth, acquisition, retention, and performance
• Background in Growth, RevOps, Business Operations, or related fields
• Experience with acquisition and retention metrics
• Familiarity with LTV, CAC, ROI, Payback, and funnels
• Background in technology companies, SaaS, marketplaces, or high-performance environments
• Previous experience in the iGaming sector
• Knowledge of affiliates, influencers, and acquisition channels
• Hands-on experience in constructing dashboards and business KPIs.
