This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and Test Growth Levers: Create and execute experiments to reveal organic acquisition and engagement possibilities across web, lifecycle, social, and product platforms.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work in partnership with MOPs, web, content, SEO, brand, and analytics teams to convert insights into effective growth strategies.
• Leverage Data to Drive Action: Evaluate performance data, user behavior, and search trends to focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Build Scalable AI-powered Growth Systems: Transform one-time successes into repeatable playbooks that enhance customer and prospect data, highlight high-intent opportunities, and facilitate personalized engagement at scale.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously investigate new channels, algorithms, and formats — from AI search to niche social communities — to ensure our growth engine remains at the forefront.
• Over 10 years of experience in Growth, demand generation, or digital marketing, demonstrating a history of measurable impact.
• Knowledge of CRM/lifecycle channels (email, SMS, in-product messaging).
• Experience with AI workflows and automation tools (e.g., Clay), analytics platforms, and A/B testing methods.
• Profound understanding of the intersection among AI, content, data, and technology in driving discovery and conversion.
• Creative problem-solving ability — excels in testing, iterating, and scaling successful strategies.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• A keen interest in the evolving digital landscape — including LLM-driven search, social algorithms, and innovations in content discovery.
