This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for the EverHealth portfolio, focusing on acquisition, expansion, and advocacy.
• Lead and expand a dynamic growth marketing team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and ongoing enhancement.
• Manage strategic partnerships with agencies to implement scalable growth marketing initiatives across both inbound and outbound channels.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders from commercial and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with EverHealth's business goals.
• Create and implement detailed customer acquisition strategies aimed at increasing market share with ideal customer profiles (ICP).
• Supervise the development and execution of integrated campaigns across various channels, including paid digital, organic (SEO + AEO), social media, email, and events.
• Initiate and execute partner marketing endeavors such as co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and partner-led lead generation programs.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer expansion and retention to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV) and minimize churn.
• Monitor and report on essential marketing metrics, including TOF/MOF conversion rates, revenue attributed to marketing, cost per lead, customer engagement, and brand sentiment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth, revenue, and retention.
• In-depth understanding of customer acquisition strategies and cost optimization techniques.
• Experience in Healthcare technology or B2B SaaS is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
