📋 Description

• Oversee the management of our TikTok Shop

• Handle TikTok Shop operations on a daily basis

• Optimize products, promotional activities, and campaigns

• Monitor sales metrics and enhance shop performance

• Develop a content strategy

• Plan and oversee TikTok content and campaign initiatives

• Generate content ideas and detailed briefs for creators and editors

• Keep abreast of trends and viral content

• Create strategies that foster engagement, traffic, and sales growth

• Drive TikTok growth

• Formulate strategies to increase followers, engagement, and sales

• Observe trends, competitor activities, and growth potential

• Enhance overall account performance and reach

• Manage creator and affiliate relationships

• Oversee TikTok creators and affiliate partnerships

• Coordinate collaborations and affiliate marketing campaigns

• Monitor creator performance and sales outcomes

• Handle TikTok advertising

• Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns

• Test creatives and target audiences to enhance ROAS and conversion rates

• Scale successful campaigns to drive growth and sales performance

• Reporting and analytics

• Monitor sales, engagement, and advertising performance

• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations

• Utilize data to enhance content, advertisements, and overall outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing TikTok Shops

• Strong grasp of TikTok content and growth methodologies

• Familiarity with TikTok advertising

• Experience collaborating with creators and affiliates

• E-commerce experience is preferred

• Background in supplements, fitness, health, or wellness brands is advantageous

• Must reside in the United States
