This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Spearhead the growth agenda for digital credit, emphasizing acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue enhancement.

• Formulate strategies to advance origination channels and enhance the customer’s digital experience.

• Evaluate funnel metrics, commercial performance, customer behavior, and the effectiveness of growth strategies.

• Pinpoint bottlenecks and prioritize improvement opportunities informed by data, testing, and business impact.

• Execute experiments and initiatives aimed at boosting conversion rates, minimizing friction, and ensuring sustainable scaling.

• Collaborate with product, legal, UX, technology, and business teams to facilitate essential deliveries.

• Prepare executive recommendations, track results, and synchronize priorities with Fiserv Capital’s strategic goals.

• Assist in developing a disciplined, measurable growth model specifically designed for the financial sector.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in growth, digital channels, funnel performance, and the formulation of growth strategies within financial institutions or fintechs.

• Strong analytical abilities to monitor metrics such as conversion, retention, CAC, revenue per customer, journey drop-off, and origination performance.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, UX, technology, legal, and business partners.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

• Familiarity with digital credit, credit underwriting, credit portfolios, or financing journeys is preferred.

• Experience in A/B testing, structured experimentation, and continuous optimization of digital channels is preferred.

• Knowledge of CRM, automation, analytics, and journey monitoring tools is preferred.

• Background in high-growth companies, digital banks, fintechs, or extensive financial platforms is preferred.
