
Vice President of Sales – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +1 more state.
• Oversee the commercial strategy for the EMEA region and manage the regional operational plan.
• Convert global initiatives into actionable steps that promote revenue growth, enhance top-line performance, ensure budget compliance, improve forecasting accuracy, maintain working capital discipline, and increase market share.
• Direct the EMEA sales organization, which includes direct sales, inside sales, distributor/indirect sales, and commercial support channels.
• Create and supervise the annual operational plan for the region, encompassing the forecasting process, budget contributions, resource distribution, and investment priorities.
• Evaluate commercial performance and implement corrective measures to address any discrepancies.
• Utilize DBS commercial management principles such as visual daily management, standard operating procedures, voice of the customer (VOC), funnel management, and accurate forecasting.
• Identify key growth opportunities in EMEA, focusing on market expansion, customer segmentation, channel effectiveness, portfolio adoption, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with global commercial leadership and cross-functional teams in areas such as product development, marketing, operations, customer service, finance, and supply chain management.
• Cultivate, motivate, and retain a high-achieving and diverse commercial team within the EMEA region.
• Set clear expectations, enhance leadership capabilities, and manage team performance through coaching, talent assessments, and succession planning.
• Provide regional insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to the global commercial leadership team.
• Report directly to the VP of Global Sales.
• Over 10 years of experience in a senior strategic commercial management role within a global and fast-paced environment.
• Significant experience in leading sales teams across all traditional sales domains.
• Demonstrated success in leading a regionally responsible sales organization.
• Experience in establishing long-term strategic growth initiatives.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Capability to attract, engage, and develop talent, foster team collaboration, build relationships, and gain trust and support.
• Strong commercial and financial insight.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing top-line performance, ensuring budget compliance, maintaining forecasting accuracy, practicing pricing discipline, prioritizing investments, and achieving sustained market share growth.
• Experience in contributing to profitability outcomes in collaboration with finance and functional leaders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40%, primarily within Europe, with potential for international travel.
