• Take personal ownership of select deals while managing the team effectively.
• Experience in ERP sales is essential.
• Proven ability to build a successful sales organization and drive new business growth.
• Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, forecasting techniques, and CRM best practices.
• Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing personal deal responsibility with team leadership.
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and insights on their application in a fast-paced team setting.
• Willingness to travel around once a month for industry conferences and partner events.
