Vice President of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete responsibility for the sales organization with plans to expand the team in the near future.

• Develop and implement a consistent, metrics-based sales process throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Manage pipeline development, including strategies to acquire new logos and increase revenue from the existing customer base.

• Accountability for quotas at both team and individual levels, with clearly defined activity and performance expectations.

• Establish and maintain key partner relationships, focusing on enhancing co-selling activities and increasing inbound lead flow.

• Ensure alignment with marketing on lead scoring, handoff criteria, and opportunity creation.

• Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on forecast, pipeline health, and team performance.

• Take personal ownership of select deals while managing the team effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in ERP sales is essential.

• Proven ability to build a successful sales organization and drive new business growth.

• Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, forecasting techniques, and CRM best practices.

• Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing personal deal responsibility with team leadership.

• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and insights on their application in a fast-paced team setting.

• Willingness to travel around once a month for industry conferences and partner events.
