This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee investments aimed at enhancing sales force effectiveness and manage the essential functions that contribute to sales force productivity.
• Develop, execute, and oversee processes for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in the planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Integrate sales planning with other corporate planning activities, including financial forecasting.
• Provide leadership to the sales team and offer counsel to the Head of Sales in achieving business objectives.
• Allocate sales force and customer success quotas and distribute financial objectives across various sales channels and resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in sales and customer success to drive process improvements.
• Facilitate the rollout of new programs within the sales and customer success teams.
• Promote ongoing process enhancement.
• Optimize the deployment of sales personnel and recommend adjustments to sales roles, coverage models, and team configurations.
• Lead change management initiatives for proposed organizational and job model modifications.
• Establish performance metrics and management programs.
• Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance priorities.
• Ensure that sales reports, dashboards, and internal intelligence are delivered to sales teams.
• Create reporting tools and manage accurate sales force reporting initiatives.
• Propose and develop strategies, KPIs, and programs that support sales and customer success.
• Influence global sales and customer success teams by promoting best practices and Sales Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Report directly to the Head of Sales and coordinate support with sales, implementation, service, customer success, and management resources.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least five years of experience in sales or sales management within a business-to-business sales setting.
• Minimum five years in a role related to sales operations, business planning, or sales support management.
• Proven experience in managing analytically demanding corporate initiatives.
• Proficiency in PC and technology tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com.
• MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
