This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and spearhead comprehensive pricing and packaging strategies across the company to enhance revenue growth, increase margins, boost customer retention, and fortify competitive positioning.
• Manage the pricing and packaging framework, encompassing plans, bundles, add-ons, usage metrics, and offers tailored to specific segments.
• Create subscription, usage-based, tiered, and value-driven pricing models applicable to both product-led and sales-led approaches.
• Perform pricing analyses, assess competitive pricing and market trends, and evaluate customer willingness to pay.
• Formulate global pricing strategies that consider currency variations and regional dynamics, while facilitating localized optimization.
• Design and refine monetization strategies for payments, transaction fees, take rates, interchange, and processing fees.
• Oversee end-to-end pricing for current clients and new product introductions.
• Set pricing guidelines, discount frameworks, and approval processes in conjunction with Sales leadership.
• Hold final authority on the tiered approval matrix for individual deal discounts.
• Track pricing performance to enhance ARR, deal size, and overall profitability.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to optimize pricing, project revenue impacts, and uncover potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to deploy AI-enabled pricing tools and automate processes.
• Work together with Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, Payments, and executive leadership teams.
• Operationalize pricing models within CRM and quoting systems.
• Create pricing models, dashboards, reports, and analytics for elasticity, customer segments, scenarios, regional performance, currencies, and payment economics.
• Establish and lead a cross-functional pricing committee.
• Manage pricing governance, approval structures, policies, discount guidelines, and decision rights.
• Develop pricing tools, training materials, and documentation for sales enablement.
• Ensure compliance with pricing across deals and contracts.
• 10–15+ years of experience in pricing, revenue strategy, revenue operations, finance, or consulting.
• Preferred experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based business models.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing pricing and packaging strategies within SaaS/subscription businesses.
• Experience with monetization experiments, pricing rollouts, migrations, or commercial launches.
• Strong analytical abilities with a background in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of deal economics, discounting strategies, and metrics such as ARR, ACV, LTV, and CAC.
• Experience utilizing AI and advanced analytics tools for pricing optimization, forecasting, demand modeling, and revenue insights.
• Familiarity with AI-driven pricing tools, predictive analytics, or machine learning models.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in international or multi-currency settings.
• Strongly preferred experience with both product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) monetization strategies.
• Experience implementing pricing strategies within CRM/CPQ systems such as Salesforce.
• Proven leadership experience in pricing teams or centers of excellence.
• Understanding of global payment processing, interchange economics, and cost structures.
• Experience scaling pricing strategies across international markets and diverse currencies.
• Background in working with payments platforms, fintech products, or embedded payment solutions.
