Senior Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and strategize pricing and promotional initiatives to optimize profitability and revenue across all sales channels.

• Work in collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, CRM, and Marketing teams to create offers and integrated pricing strategies.

• Track and oversee essential Pricing KPIs, ensuring transparency in business operations and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

• Generate reports and presentations for various departments within the organization.

• Ensure that the pricing strategy aligns with the financial planning of the organization.

• Develop and reinforce strategic partnerships with the commercial team, engaging in discussions and creating solutions, while serving as a pricing consultant.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or other quantitative disciplines).

• Strong technical background in Pricing and Margin / P&L management.

• Proficient in SQL (data extraction, manipulation, and structuring).

• Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets / Excel) for data modeling and analysis.

• Practical understanding and application of price elasticity principles.

• Experience in cross-channel pricing or within the e-commerce/retail sector.

• Capability to propose solutions, take calculated risks, and operate independently.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and delivering executive presentations.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while closely collaborating with the team.
