This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the analytical foundation for Geotab's Pricing Strategy & Governance pillar.
• Create and sustain pricing analytics and reporting, encompassing ARPU trends, margin insights by solution and channel, as well as portfolio health metrics.
• Evaluate rate plan effectiveness, pricing diversity, and commercial health across various regions and customer segments.
• Assess the enforcement of non-standard pricing and terms to uncover potential revenue loss.
• Formulate pricing strategy recommendations through quantitative analysis and data modeling.
• Develop and maintain self-service pricing analytics dashboards and reporting tools alongside Finance and Revenue Operations.
• Execute competitive and market pricing analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
• Disseminate analytical methodologies and best practices for pricing data among team members.
• Uphold pricing governance documentation that includes pricing structures, policy modifications, and performance outcomes.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing analyses to inform pricing strategy decisions and executive reporting.
• 3-5 years of experience in pricing analytics, revenue operations analytics, or commercial finance analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with a background in pricing, revenue, or commercial analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as BigQuery, Excel, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
• Technical proficiency using Google Suite for business, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a flat organizational structure.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50mb download and 10mb upload speed for remote work.
