This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Taking ownership of the global partner P&L within the CRO's organization, driving revenue growth while consistently challenging existing norms through calculated, data-informed risks to uncover hidden market opportunities.
• Fostering highly collaborative relationships with Product Management to ensure that partner feedback is utilized for ongoing product enhancements, and working alongside regional Sales VPs to resolve channel conflicts.
• Employing AI-driven sales tools and advanced predictive data analytics to enhance pipeline forecasting speed and assist partners in monetizing Bynder's customizable AI Agents.
• Over 10 years of experience in SaaS Channel/Partnership leadership, particularly within the MarTech, DXP, or Content Ecosystem domains, with a demonstrated history of driving multi-million dollar partner-influenced ARR.
• An aptitude for navigating intricate global alliance stakeholder networks (GSIs, global agencies, ISVs) and distilling the "Bynder value" within large-scale digital transformations.
• A proactive "get it done" attitude with complete accountability for the accuracy of your ecosystem forecasts, building teams that possess strong business acumen, technical proficiency, and commercial insight.
• High emotional intelligence and the capability to cultivate strong, global relationships, nurturing creativity through passionate, purposeful, and respectful discussions.
