
Vice President of Partner Success – Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for enhancing service delivery, fostering partner relationships, maintaining operational discipline, and improving business performance across SMI’s existing and upcoming SDU operations.
• Act as a daily leadership representative of the SVPs for designated SDUs, managing client meetings, follow-up tasks, and partner communications.
• Monitor partner commitments and ensure internal stakeholders are prompted until actions are fulfilled.
• Oversee service levels, operational metrics, client deliverables, incidents, complaints, and emerging trends across SDUs.
• Assist in the review of revenue, labor, expenses, contribution margin, staffing models, overtime, vacancies, and financial discrepancies by SDU.
• Collaborate with Finance and the SVPs on forecasting, budgeting, labor planning, and reviewing business cases for staffing or operational modifications.
• Aid in contract renewals, procurement initiatives, expansion prospects, and partner development efforts as directed by the SVPs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in operations, client delivery, project management, or a similar leadership position.
• Experience in a multi-client or contract-based service setting.
• Familiarity with service levels, operational metrics, staffing models, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and represent SMI in client-facing situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
