Vice President of Operations – Student Nutrition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive management of numerous accounts or a substantial multi-site account typically generating over $100M in revenue.

• Uniting a team under a unified platform for growth and operations.

• Enhance operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention for each account within the overall portfolio.

• Ensure the organization maintains a standard of operational excellence.

• Identify innovative and creative services and solutions to meet and expand upon our clients' needs.

• Formulate and uphold the overall strategy, priorities, and direction for operations in the designated area.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive responsibility, with a proven track record in general management encompassing full P&L accountability; experience in food, facilities, or retail service sectors is advantageous.

• Established leadership skills and experience in managing effective client relationships that are extensive and in-depth.

• Proven ability to comprehend a large, intricate, global business at a foundational level and leverage this understanding to establish overall strategy and facilitate business process enhancement.

• Strong business planning capabilities to execute strategic projects with implications for business areas facing rapidly evolving processes.
