Operations Specialist – Account Transfers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations of custody and clearing services, primarily focusing on account transfers.

• Facilitate account transfers using various methods such as ACATS, Non-ACATS, and direct transfers.

• Support the resolution of transfer failures or errors.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and proper supervisory oversight during the transfer process.

• Participate in daily tasks and project-related activities aimed at enhancing account transfer efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the financial services sector.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Proficient in interpreting details and summarizing information concisely.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Core Brokerage Operations functions.

• FINRA SIE and FINRA Series 99 certifications are required (or a willingness to obtain them within 90 days of employment; Series 7 is preferred).
