This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the comprehensive scheduling process for interviews, collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure timely and effective interviews.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders as necessary to facilitate a seamless interview experience.
• Build robust and productive relationships across Delivery Enablement, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions, such as HR PSC, Finance, etc.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the interview process.
• Assist with ongoing or special projects and initiatives that benefit Delivery Enablement and the Talent Acquisition function.
• Offer guidance to line management and HR team members on recruitment issues related to the interview coordinator process.
• Generate reports and maintain data on coordinating activities as requested by management.
• Stay informed about regional and local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance for the company.
• Engage in activities and initiatives related to change management involving reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions, and transfers to ensure adherence to local legislation.
• Assist in the onboarding of new hires to promote a smooth transition process.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in an office environment or within an HR function is preferred.
• Candidates must be fluent in English.

• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
• Capability to operate in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• A proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications; knowledge of Workday and Rooster is an advantage.
• Understanding of local and applicable employment laws and regulations.
