Operations Team Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assemble, evaluate, and/or inspect medical devices in accordance with company protocols.

• Operate within one of the following specialized areas: SMT, Test and Screen, BBFT, Seam Welding, Header Attach, Helicals Welding, Helical Completions, Lead Finals, Wands, Tablets, Packaging, Labeling, Ancillaries, Repro.

• Ensure timely completion of work orders.

• Maintain compliance with traceability by accurately documenting production records.

• Keep precise material inventory records.

• Identify potential improvements in processes or products.

• Guarantee that all production activities adhere to regulatory standards, Quality System protocols, and GMP requirements.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow general work instructions.

• Strong listening and communication abilities.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills.

• Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule.

• Experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally in the medical device sector.

• Demonstrated initiative, self-sufficiency, and professionalism is advantageous.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or GMP manufacturing environments is preferred.

• Experience in a clean room environment or with soldering is a plus.

• Capability to visually inspect or test components, assemblies, or devices.
