Regional Manager – Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary leader responsible for opening, launching, and expanding the Company’s new physical branch and service infrastructure.

• Serve as the Branch Office Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the center.

• Cultivate a high-performing, accountable branch culture that aligns with the Company’s corporate standards.

• Ensure full compliance of the branch with all relevant workplace regulations.

• Develop, manage, and adhere to the budgets for regional field services.

• Oversee and direct the local service and repair center.

• Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of parts at the regional branch.

• Partner with the Company’s parts team to design, implement, and audit vehicle van-stock programs.

• Lead, mentor, and plan resources for a regional team of field service technicians.

• Function as a vital cross-functional liaison, collaborating with corporate teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical field service or low-voltage operations.

• Proven experience in building or maintaining parts inventory programs.

• A proactive self-starter who excels with minimal daily oversight.

• Experience in physical commercial security integration.

• Strong skills in process definition and documentation.

• Demonstrated experience in managing a department or regional budget.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in corporate office technology suites (Google Workspace / Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).

• Required to possess and maintain a C7 low voltage license in the state of California.

• Must maintain a clean, insurable driving record.

• Successful completion of a post-offer criminal background check is mandatory.
