Vice President of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• You will directly report to the CEO and take charge of the systems, processes, and teams that keep the organization operating smoothly.

• Your responsibilities will include listening to patient support calls, collaborating with pharmacy partners, and redesigning processes within our CRM.

• Develop the operational playbooks that will enable our growth from thousands of patients to tens of thousands.

• Ensure that every patient interaction embodies the level of care we are committed to providing.

• Manage pharmacy partnerships, oversee vendor relationships, maintain the operating cadence, and ensure that nothing is overlooked as we expand.

• Identify obstacles, design efficient workflows, and collaborate with our technology team to automate processes wherever possible.

• Track denial trends, coordinate with our billing manager regarding exceptions, and work with finance on revenue recognition and payer-related matters.

• Collaborate closely with finance and analytics leaders to ensure that operational decisions are informed by data.
