Vice President of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership across a diverse portfolio of HVAC, plumbing, gas, and electrical companies.

• Ensure operational excellence, enhance profitability, and support business leaders in achieving their goals.

• Lead integration initiatives and optimize operational processes.

• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance profit margins.

• Guide and support general managers to align their operations with the objectives of the holding company.

• Develop and implement scalable strategies to ensure consistent service delivery.

• Oversee the P&Ls of business units and hold leadership accountable for achieving growth targets.

• Identify and execute strategies to boost profitability, including margin optimization initiatives.

• Support acquisition strategies and analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities.

• Mentor and cultivate general managers and rising leaders within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, construction management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in multi-site operations, ideally within the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar industries.

• Proven experience in managing financial performance and fostering revenue growth.

• In-depth knowledge of service, installation, and construction business models.

• A demonstrated history of successful M&A integration and scaling operations effectively.

• Strong financial acumen with the capability to lead through data analysis and KPIs.

• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to company locations.
