This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the marketing revenue targets and key performance indicators, including the mechanisms that drive revenue.
• Guide the Brand & Content, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
• Develop a cohesive marketing strategy while empowering each function to execute effectively.
• Propel Help Scout’s strategic narrative, ideal customer profile (ICP), upmarket expansion, AI-native positioning, and targeting strategy.
• Oversee marketing throughout the entire customer journey, from the initial touchpoint to customer growth.
• Leverage AI to enhance team operations, product launches, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Utilize data to inform decisions, challenge preconceptions, and refine strategy.
• Establish planning, prioritization, and execution rhythms for the marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and RevOps to formulate the go-to-market strategy.
• Manage marketing systems, automation, and new AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Report directly to Andrea Kayal, Chief Revenue Officer.
• Proven experience as a marketing leader or Head of Growth in a B2B SaaS organization with annual recurring revenue (ARR) between $30M and $150M.
• Track record of accountability for revenue-related outcomes and metrics.
• Experience in leading marketing teams through a rebranding or repositioning transition.
• A genuine perspective on how AI is transforming marketing and operational processes.
• Experience managing pricing adjustments, overcoming growth stagnation, or transitioning from brand-led growth to disciplined execution.
• High standards with a capability to enhance team performance.
• Strong and empathetic communication skills in a remote work environment.
• Ability to execute, assess, and adapt while balancing performance objectives with long-term vision.
• This role requires a US-based location.
