
Vice President of Growth – Strategic Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for creating and executing the business development, marketing, and philanthropic strategy in collaboration with the CEO.
• Exhibit outstanding leadership, revenue-generating capabilities, and philanthropic insight.
• Manage a comprehensive portfolio, exercising significant discretion and independent judgment on critical issues.
• Oversee Senior Directors, Directors, Managers, and other staff members.
• Play a key role in strategic planning, execution, and reporting to the CEO.
• Build meaningful connections with current and potential major CHI donors, foundations, third-party payers, and community partners.
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Fundraising, or roles generating multimillion-dollar revenues.
• Executive leadership experience with direct reports.
• Strong sales expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Proven ability to uphold the highest ethical standards, including confidentiality and managing sensitive situations and information with discretion and diplomacy.
• Skills in strategic planning and implementation.
