This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a thorough enterprise growth strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and financial goals.
• Set growth goals, admissions benchmarks, and key performance indicators across all growth-related functions.
• Promote sustainable patient acquisition, increase census, and enhance revenue across various service lines and markets.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of cohesive marketing strategies utilizing digital, traditional, and community channels.
• Manage digital marketing, paid media, SEO, website strategy, content creation, analytics, and campaign oversight.
• Direct business development initiatives to enhance referral relationships and boost patient admissions.
• Forge strategic alliances with healthcare providers, hospitals, payors, correctional institutions, employers, and community organizations.
• Guide patient navigation teams to ensure effective patient engagement and support throughout the admissions process.
• Design and manage the organization's alumni engagement strategy.
• Build, lead, and cultivate high-performing teams within marketing, business development, patient navigation, alumni engagement, and growth operations.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare growth, business development, marketing, or sales leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving admissions growth, revenue increase, market share expansion, and referral development.
• Experience overseeing substantial marketing and business development budgets.
• Established ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational strategy.
• Expertise in healthcare marketing and patient acquisition.
• Proficiency in data analytics and performance management.
• Strong financial acumen and budget oversight skills.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Must hold a current valid driver’s license in good standing in the state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Multi-site healthcare experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in leading both marketing and business development initiatives.
