Growth Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct strategic diagnostics of accounts, understanding the business, market, and competition for each client.

• Set objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and action plans for account growth.

• Develop acquisition, demand generation, and growth strategies aligned with each client's goals.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, average ticket, and ROI.

• Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities throughout the marketing and sales funnel.

• Plan and oversee A/B testing for campaigns, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

• Provide technical guidance to Traffic Managers in executing defined strategies.

• Collaborate with traffic, content, sales, and Customer Success teams to enhance client results.

• Lead strategic meetings, present results, and propose development plans for each account.

• Prepare reports and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid traffic management.

• Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Knowledge of marketing and sales funnels.

• Analytical skills to interpret data and transform it into strategies.

• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with CRM and automation will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills to lead meetings and present strategies to clients.

• Organization, proactivity, ownership mentality, and results-focused approach.

• Active CNPJ (PJ contract model).
