• Expand influencer networks to carry out impactful campaigns

• Establish B2B online growth partnerships and spearhead PR initiatives

• Collaborate on content creation to transform audience insights into engaging ad creatives

• Own the metrics related to key financial and growth indicators

• Monitor churn rates and oversee the transactor lifecycle

• Serve as a cultural ambassador for the Philippines market

• Proven experience in influencer management or roles focusing on digital growth

• Strong expertise in influencer marketing and community development

• In-depth knowledge of ad content creation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization

• Possess a highly analytical mindset

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Strategic thinker with a focus on execution

• Relationship-oriented

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and churn tracking is a plus

• Background in fintech, remittance, or financial services is advantageous
