This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead a team focused on converting pipeline opportunities into customers and enhancing revenue from the current customer base.
• Take charge of product marketing, product evangelism, solution engineering, and analyst relations.
• Ensure that every sales interaction, product launch, and customer engagement conveys a persuasive and cohesive narrative.
• Enhance win rates by making the purchasing experience as enticing as the product itself.
• Establish Absorb’s foothold in the enterprise learning sector through thought leadership, public speaking, and community involvement.
• Manage relationships with analysts such as Forrester and Gartner to boost placements and acknowledgment.
• Collaborate with Customer Enablement and Sales teams to position new products for existing customers and develop materials that foster upsell and cross-sell discussions.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within product marketing, go-to-market strategies, or revenue-generating teams at scale.
• Proven success in enhancing win rates and reducing sales cycles through effective positioning, enablement, and proof-of-value initiatives.
• Experience in managing both new customer acquisition and expansion/retention outcomes, going beyond just top-of-funnel efforts.
• Strong familiarity with solution engineering or pre-sales teams; you comprehend the demo-to-close process.
• Background in enterprise software (LMS, HCM, EdTech, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
• Analytical mindset: you make informed decisions based on data, conduct experiments, and evaluate outcomes meticulously.
• Executive presence: capable of presenting to a Fortune 500 CHRO and briefing a Gartner analyst within the same week.
• Fluency in AI: you grasp how AI is transforming the industry and can clearly communicate our unique advantages.
