This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and communicate product messaging centered on data replication and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions through webinars, videos, and educational materials.
• Host and present webinars and videos to inform customers about product features and advantages.
• Examine market trends, customer behavior, and competitor products to shape marketing tactics.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to formulate go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, feature enhancements, and demand generation efforts.
• Identify target customer segments, value propositions, and distribution channels.
• Produce marketing materials including product demonstrations, data sheets, whitepapers, blog entries, and videos.
• Create presentations and training resources to equip the sales team with knowledge about product benefits and value propositions.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns that generate leads and enhance customer interaction.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI, and other key performance indicators.
• Assist in account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and promote growth through customer advocacy.
• Drive category development and positioning — establish DBSync as a leader in DataOps, CDC, and cloud integration sectors.
• Collaborate with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure ecosystems to foster co-marketing opportunities and enhance category visibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, or Technology is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in SaaS companies.
• Strong technical knowledge paired with outstanding communication abilities.
• General familiarity with SaaS applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Snowflake, Redshift), and databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Salesforce and D365+ is advantageous.
• Prior experience in technology consulting or enterprise technology marketing is highly favorable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into accessible and engaging content.
• Strong technical understanding of DataOps, data management methodologies, databases, and data cloud solutions.
• Experience in hosting webinars, producing videos, and delivering technical presentations.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
• Proven track record in leading category positioning and developing partnerships with major cloud providers.
