Vascular Product Marketing Manager – Italy, Switzerland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies and product launches that align with EMEA Marketing and Local Sales Management.

• Oversee the product lifecycle within designated markets.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth potential.

• Collaborate with Sales to support revenue, pricing, and commercial strategies.

• Craft and tailor marketing and sales materials for the local market.

• Organize and execute customer events, product training sessions, and educational initiatives.

• Coordinate and facilitate participation in congresses, symposia, and other scientific gatherings.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific societies.

• Work closely with Sales, providing commercial tools, training, and field support.

• Ensure that all marketing initiatives adhere to brand, regulatory, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry.

• Familiarity with the endovascular field, including a solid understanding of the market, key stakeholders, and customer landscape.

• A background in marketing, product management, sales, or clinical roles.

• Proven experience with product launches, market analysis, and competitive research.

• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• A strategic mindset accompanied by strong business acumen.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• A collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and organized working style, with the capacity to prioritize effectively.

• Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.
