This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and manage the group's financial model, budget, and ongoing forecast.
• Transform portfolio-level application data into actionable unit economics, encompassing LTV, payback, cohort profitability, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with the founders and COO on decisions regarding capital allocation.
• Define and report on KPIs that measure business performance.
• Oversee financial underwriting and due diligence for acquisition targets.
• Construct deal structures and returns for negotiation and closing processes.
• Facilitate post-acquisition financial integration of acquired applications.
• Maintain relationships with banks and lenders.
• Structure, refinance, and oversee debt financing for acquisitions.
• Lead investor and board reporting while supporting future funding initiatives.
• Supervise group consolidation and reporting across various entities and jurisdictions.
• Manage cash flow, collections, payment infrastructure, treasury, controls, and signatory rights.
• Oversee tax strategy and compliance, which includes transfer pricing, VAT, withholding, and cross-border structuring.
• Ensure financial reporting is maintained and that the group remains audit-ready.
• Direct financial and legal reporting to local authorities and regulators.
• Mentor and manage the finance team while expanding the function as the company grows.
• Foster clarity, accountability, and collaboration within a fully remote global organization.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO, founders, COO, investors, banks, authorities, and service providers.
• Certified CPA.
• Extensive experience in mobile applications, consumer subscription, or tech B2B subscription sectors.
• Demonstrated FP&A and controlling experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong financial and legal expertise in international operations and multi-entity frameworks.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication skills within a remote, global, asynchronous team.
• Builder mindset with the capability to create systems and structures.
• Flexibility to work hours that accommodate teams globally, primarily within Asia-Europe time zones.
• Legal education or relevant experience is advantageous.
