Vice President of Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the engineering strategy and technological roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

• Build, lead, and expand high-performing global engineering teams.

• Oversee the architecture and delivery of AI/GenAI platforms, encompassing LLMs, RAG, NLP, and agentic systems.

• Guarantee the scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise SaaS products.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to provide customer-focused solutions.

• Establish and promote best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality engineering.

• Lead recruitment, mentoring, and leadership development within engineering teams.

• Foster innovation in AI, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

• Manage budgets, planning, and execution of engineering initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering, including more than 5 years in senior leadership positions.

• Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams in high-growth SaaS or AI organizations.

• Extensive expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.

• Proven experience in building and scaling AI/GenAI systems, including LLMs, RAG, NLP, and search platforms.

• A solid history of delivering enterprise-grade products at scale.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Preferred: Experience in Field Service, Customer Service, or the enterprise operations domain.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or enterprise system integrations.

• Preferred: Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.

• Preferred: Background in data engineering, analytics, or search systems.
